There is the potential to expand the property by an additional 24,000 sq ft, offering 159,000 sq ft of prime business space in total.
An option for this is to add a stylish and modern glass extension to the side of the building which would then offer a second entrance. To complement this there is also space for a substantial car park expansion by making it multi-storey (which a precedent has already been set by a number of businesses on the Business Park), which would result in more than doubling the number of spaces to approximately 800. The significant external electricity supply would power a considerable number of electric charging points.
Any expansion plans would be subject to planning permission, pre-application advice has already been sought and there is thought to be no reason as to why any development plans would not be approved.
